2026 Spring Education Breakfast presented by Myriad Software

If you’ve ever wondered what separates good teams from truly great ones—whether in sports or in business—this is a session you won’t want to miss.

In “The Champion’s Code,” award-winning speaker and best-selling author Ross Bernstein shares powerful lessons from the world of championship sports teams and how those same principles drive success in business. After interviewing more than 1,000 professional athletes and coaches who were members of championship teams, Ross discovered that the traits that define champions—integrity, accountability, servant leadership, and strong relationships—are the same qualities that help organizations thrive.

Be prepared to learn about some amazing women athletes and coaches! Ross tells engaging stories about sports figures and real-world business examples to explore what it takes to build a culture of excellence, strengthen relationships, and lead with integrity in today’s fast-changing business environment.

Ross is also the son and grandson of a Minnesota furniture retailer who grew up in and around our industry. His brother, Andy Bernstein, is the CEO of FurnitureDealer.net.
