WithIt & ISPA Women’s Network at ISPA Industry Conference

Join us for an exclusive, hands-on leadership session presented through the partnership of WithIt and the ISPA Women’s Network (IWN). This interactive event will be led by Kristen McAlister, President of Cerius Executives, an expert in leadership development, team building, and business transformation.

This is more than just a discussion—it’s a dynamic working session designed to give women in the mattress and bedding industry real tools to lead with confidence, navigate transitions, and drive meaningful impact within their companies. Kristen will guide the conversation using key concepts from her books, Finding Leadership: Building Teams That Build Your Business and How I Fired My Boss & Made More Money, covering:

• Building and leading high-performing teams with clarity and purpose
• Taking ownership of leadership transitions and making a lasting impact
• Developing a strong personal brand and positioning yourself for new opportunities
• Fostering collaboration and innovation to strengthen your organization

After hearing from Kristen, attendees will break into small, hands-on roundtable groups to dive deeper into these topics, apply new insights, and exchange experiences. Expect real conversations, real strategies, and real takeaways that you can implement immediately.

This is your chance to connect, collaborate, and grow alongside other women leaders in the industry. Don’t miss this powerful opportunity to invest in yourself and your career.

Be sure to choose “WithIt Leadership Roundtable Discussions” when you register for the ISPA Industry Conference.
