Our Shared Intent
The purpose of this Connection Circle is:

It is not intended for competitive advantage or product sourcing.

Confidentiality & Respect
Participants agree to:
– Treat all non-public information shared during the discussion as confidential.
– Refrain from sharing specific examples, product details, roadmaps, or proprietary insights outside the group.
– Avoid attributing comments or ideas to specific individuals or companies.
If something feels sensitive, assume it is confidential.

Non-Use of Shared Ideas
Participants agree not to:
– Take specific product concepts, features, or proprietary ideas shared by another participant and use them for product development or competitive gain.
– Share another participant’s disclosed strategy or internal practices within their own organization.
Each participant remains responsible for independent decision-making within their company.

No Recording
Roundtables may not be recorded, transcribed, or distributed in any format. Personal notes should remain general and non-attributable.

Competition Compliance
To protect both participants and WithIt, we will not discuss:
– Pricing or pricing strategy
– Customer-specific information
– Market allocation
– Competitive coordination
If discussion moves into these areas, we will redirect.
